Choosing the right relator is very important and I am very happy to have had Kate and her team to guide me and help me with my home buying process before her I worked with a handful of realtors that I did not approve of all and who did not take time to make sure their clients needs and goals are met but Kate was very professional knowledgeable and treats her clients as if they are family working with them day and night if needed to get them a home that's right just for them along with giving them expert advise on many things most realtors will not share with you I have learned so much from Kate and I would truly recommend her to all my family and friends and anyone looking to buy a home especially first time buyers. We have now used Kate to buy and sell 2 homes. Our experience has always been nothing but excellent. She is experienced and extremely knowledgeable on the real estate business. She does thorough research and gives her honest opinion, which is something we really appreciated. Kate took her time to go over everything with us each step of the process. Her attention to detail is remarkable. She is also patient and understands that buying or selling are big decisions you need to be sure on. When we were selling, her marketing in the house was very helpful at pointing out all the great things about our house. With her guidance, we had 6 offers on our house after only 2.5 days on the market and we got above asking! We would (and have) easily recommended Kate to anyone looking for a real estate agent!

Buying/selling a house is an incredibly stressful time, but if there is anyone that can make it easier, it's Kate. She is so knowledgeable about all things real estate, so not only did we feel totally comfortable along the way, we learned a lot about what to watch for, too.
