Kate has been great and super helpful every step along the process. She is very responsive to our needs and was always getting us additional details we might have missed for the home selling process. We listed our home and in one week had 15 showings and multiple offers. We sold above listing!! I would recommend Kate to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. If you want someone that isn't pushy and always available to help you and answer your questions then look no further.

Kate Schumacher is Highly Professional and I would recommend her 200%. I've worked with Kate on 3 transactions and each one 'just got better'. Brochures are the most highly professional and very impressive and knows what to look for to make your home 'most sellable.' She is always available to help with any details that arise and goes the extra mile to take care of your needs and questions and treats you as a individual! Never pushy...just knows how to get the job done and very precise! One thing I admire is her professionalism and Honesty. She has spent many hours on her research on each home she sells and is 'up to date' in the market place.
