We moved from Phoenix Arizona to Woodstock Illinois two and half years ago and Kate was our realtor who sold us our home. Kate is the most professional, knowledgeable, ethical, customer service oriented person we have ever met. When we decided to sell our house in Woodstock Illinois to move back to Phoenix Arizona the only person that came to mind to mind was Kate.Throughout the years living in. Kateto not only provided us with her services she also was there when we needed help and had no idea who to call, she recommend several local contractors whom she trusted herself. Kate recommended a plumber to us that didn't excellent job and we would use again.Kate also recommended a company to install fencing in our backyard ....we use the fencing company several times. Kate was not the normal 9-5 working person she worked many days later than 9:00pm to complete the deal on selling our home. I wished we could have brought her to Phoenix with us to help us purchase our new home in Phoenix. We loved Kate and would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to buy/sale a home.Thanks again Kate your the best.

Thankful to Kate for helping us thru the process of selling our place. She took her time to go thru everything with us to make sure we put our best foot forward and we were able to quickly sell our home at a great price. From the marketing materials, beautiful photography and helping to stage our home to up to the last minute before closing helping me get furniture out that I had no way to move and all the things in between. We are grateful for the efforts made by Kate on our behalf. Definitely would recommend for sale or purchases.

Kate Schumacher is the best realtor we have ever worked with! She was so thorough in her research to list our home and it sold in one day at the price we wanted! She is also helping us find our next home and she is very accessible and accommodating. I will never work with another realtor. I have already recommended her to family and friends!
