This was our first time buying a home and Kate took us through the entire process from start to finish. She wasn't too pushy, aggressive, or too laid back. She was very informative all the way through. Once we closed, she was still there following up making sure everything was in total order. Not all realtors set the proper expectations; they simply tell you what you want to hear. Kate was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. The made all expectations clear from the start so outside of the normal surprises, we weren't left out to dry. She was easy to get a hold off and always available. Awesome with kids too! I would recommend her a million times over if you are in the market to sell or buy. Top Notch!

I was selling my house in the Chicagoland area, and I live in out of state, so it is very difficult to attend to some matters. Kate was extremely helpful in going over to my house to meet contractors to let them in, or in helping make the place presentable, etc. I could not have done it without  her, and would strongly recommend her. In addition, she also negotiated a better price for my house than what I thought I could get.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $325K in Gilberts, IL. ???_???_???_ Kate was diligent in her work to get our home sold. She was excellent with communication to us, answering her calls or reaching out to us immediately via text if she could not take a call. We dealt with some weird circumstances with our buyer and several cure balls. She handled negotiations with tact and skill. There was more than once that I knew she was on our side sharing options we could take or talking us through options we were contemplating. She knew when to advise and when to let us wrestle with the decision. Kate knew the area extremely well and spent extra time with us, nervous sellers, on more than one occasion helping us to navigate the ever changing housing market.
