Kate works closely with us and always follows through onnwhat she says she is going to do! Because we have a large home to sell she has spent extra time and developed various marketing concepts. She always keeps us informed with what is going with our property and also the various other properties in the area. Addtionally, she contacts us before and after the various showings and informs us of the various thoughts of the potential byuers and brokers that have visited the house. We continue to have faith that Kate is the person that will sell our home.

My husband and I were going through foreclosure and decided to do a short sale and we asked advice from Kate Schumacher who was very helpful and provided all the information we needed to know about a short sale. She informed us about the pro's and con's and whenever we had a question, we would text or call her and always got a response from her right away. We moved from Idaho to the Chicago area and had no knowledge of local market conditions or where we would like to purchase a home.
