We can honestly say from a first time home buyers experience, Kate was the first agent we met that not only had the best knowledge of Dundee area, but also who truly wanted to help and simply the kindest person at heart (and we attempted to work with three others prior to her that weren't the best fit for us). Kate was always responsive, always made herself available to show us homes or chat (she showed us over 20-30 houses probably). Not only that but she got us in to see homes before they were listed on the market which gave us the comfort knowing she really does take care of her clients and watches the market along side you! We will always recommend Kate as an agent! Thanks again!

Kate showed us several listings within a half hour of our call...she was very responsive and knowledgeable of the area that we were looking in. We found a property within days and submitted an offer. She was helpful through the whole process, keeping everything on schedule through the closing.

Simply the best. She understands the industry like no other. I say that after dealing with other agents, the loan officer, and lawyers. Kate has a unique way of tying all the different parties together and she was able to give me a play by play explanation when things were not making sense to me. She always came up with an answer and she turned out to be correct every time. For example she helped me understand my closing costs and that is not her job. Most important we love our new house and feel that all parties were fair and reasonable with negotiations. This all begins and ends with an agent whom you can trust.

Kate knows Dundee! We had been searching for our first home in Dundee IL and surrounding areas and she was the most patient and best responding help we have received in our search for an agent! Kate helped us find houses before they were on the market listed for early showings, and ultimately after (I want to say 20-30 viewings) we closed on our house in less than 30 days! Overall if you want an agent who truly cares, will not pester you (as many others prior to her had done to us), and someone who understands and can help guide you KINDLY through the entire house buying/selling process, I would 100% trust Kate Schumacher!
