Kate was diligent in her work to get our home sold. She was excellent with communication to us, answering her calls or reaching out to us immediately via text if she could not take a call. We dealt with some weird circumstances with our buyer and several cure balls. She handled negotiations with tact and skill. There was more than once that I knew she was on our side sharing options we could take or talking us through options we were contemplating. She knew when to advise and when to let us wrestle with the decision. Kate knew the area extremely well and spent extra time with us, nervous sellers, on more than one occasion helping us to navigate the ever changing housing market.
