Kate met with us before we had decided on a date to sell our house. We talked through pricing, decor changes to help with the appearance and a rough target 'on the market' date. Prior to our 'on the market date' we were traveling quite extensively so missed the date however Kate had already reached out through her personal network to arrange a viewing prior to going to market. Bottom line we had a buyer the day we went to market. Kate kept us fully informed and was there to answer questions 7 days a week. Great job , just what we wanted , a quick sale with little stress and a partner in Kate who looked after us at all times. Highly recommended !
