Kate was a joy to work with. These were difficult times due to the pandemic and circumstances caused unexpected delays, but Kate stuck with us through it all and made sure we had the answers we needed. Kate has helped us with two moves. Each time she has worked tirelessly to make sure we found a great home in a great neighborhood. This most recent moved we sold our home in less than a week. Kate helped staged our home and gave constructive feedback on any suggested improvements that would help sell our house quicker.

Simply the best. She understands the industry like no other. I say that after dealing with other agents, the loan officer, and lawyers. Kate has a unique way of tying all the different parties together and she was able to give me a play by play explanation when things were not making sense to me. She always came up with an answer and she turned out to be correct every time. For example she helped me understand my closing costs and that is not her job. Most important we love our new house and feel that all parties were fair and reasonable with negotiations. This all begins and ends with an agent whom you can trust.
